The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Barnstable County from 7 p.m. Wednesday to 1 p.m. Thursday, as snow could make for dangerous travel conditions. The forecast calls for 2 to 4 inches of snow, with the heaviest snowfall between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Thursday.
