A state court has extended a temporary block on Ohio’s plan to tap unclaimed funds to help pay for a new Cleveland Browns stadium in Brook Park — along with other sports and cultural facilities across the state.

The order is part of a Dec. 22 lawsuit that claims former Brown & Brown workers and a competitor hatched a plot to execute a "mass employee raid."

A restraining order brought by Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng against a firefighter with the East Bank Consolidated Fire Department for "stalking, public intimidation, and harassment" will stay in place after a judge denied a request to dismiss her case Monday.
