I was hesitant to share these, but so many people asked. This is my hair after 2.5 hours at Heidi and JoJo’s. I spoke to three people about the braid sizes and the gel. Nothing changed. The first braider left and never came back. The manager told me the sizes were not different. I stayed calm until I was left with one braider who disappeared without saying anything.
