The DVD drive had stopped working on this HP all-in-one PC when it arrived at www.fix-ya-pc.co.uk. After carefully stripping the machine down and removing the drive, we found the culprit…➡️ An SD card lodged inside the DVD drive! Unfortunately, the card had caused irreversible damage to the drive, so we fitted a brand‑new replacement. Once reassembled, the PC was back up and running, with a fully working DVD drive 💻✨ If your laptop, PC or MacBook is playing up, stuck or not working as it should
