In this industry, we often focus too much on the byproduct of movement. The top video was taken in 2023, the bottom in 2025. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed in myself is how I produced force. Back then, I relied heavily on upper-body rotation because my hips weren’t strong enough to do the job.
