A new Army Leadership Code has been launched by General Sir Nick Carter KCB CBE DSO ADC Gen, Chief of the General Staff. The new code, based on the Army's core values and standards, aims to address bullying, harassment and discrimination and improve standards of leadership at every level. The Army is set to transform as part of the Integrated Review’s Defence Command Paper. It will be more expeditionary – being deployed across the globe to anticipate and respond to crises. It will be more agile – a leaner and reorganised fighting force will be supported by digital, virtual and autonomous systems, to help the Army respond more quickly. It will also be more integrated – both on the battlefield with weapons and technology, and with other Services, Government departments, allies and
