In one of our last FBTVs, we demonstrated how to digitize a run stitch using our Chroma digitizing software. For this next part, we're showing you how to create a satin stitch, another important stitch type to use when digitizing. A satin stitch is a long stitch that runs from one end to the other like the letter “l” and is usually up to a .5 inch thick. Satin stitches, which are typically used for borders and appliqué embroidery, also come in different styles like gradient or jagged! To learn m
